Mathew Kerbis founded Subscription Attorney LLC, a modern law firm offering subscriptions starting at $19.99/month and $49.99/page, with the mission to provide affordable access to legal advice for business owners, freelancers, and everyday people. Kerbis serves a board member for the Deerfield Park Foundation and Deerfield Family Theater, and he often attends local events with his family.

Over the past two decades, Chasity has dedicated her energy to collaborating with community organizations to elevate their engagement. In her previous position as the Community Engagement Director at the Arthritis Foundation Michigan, she led outreach efforts to healthcare professionals, families managing juvenile arthritis, and various local advocacy endeavors. Before that, she had the privilege of working with community groups, sovereign nations, and public officials across the United States to expand the number of Native CDFIs and program funding. Her education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and a Master's in Counseling from Michigan State University’s School of Education. Additionally, she is an active member and volunteer with the Alpha Omicron Pi fraternity.

Dan Sher brings passion and attention-to-detail in helping his clients solve their business problems.  With a 20+year history owning and running service-based businesses, Dan's background as a small-business owner for the past fifteen years as well as a director of an Inc. 500 public relations agency enables him to help his clients maximize their marketing and communications in the most effective way for their business.  He has both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Communications and lives in Deerfield, with his wife and son.
